Something tells me you are here because things aren't going as well as you would like. You are not alone... most people call me because they are struggling or drowning in emotional pain and desperately want things to be better. It takes courage to reach out for help and I am so glad you are here! I am a certified EMDR therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who works with many people who may be wrestling with past traumas, negative childhood experiences, loss, anxiety, depression, food/body issues, codependency, and relationship problems. These are many common issues that can keep prevent people from living the life they want. In our work together, you will develop insight and growth and I'll help guide you to a better understanding of your thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors by unraveling negative core beliefs, resolving past traumas, and integrate useful coping skills. It is my personal and professional credo to honor your unique path discovering a power within yourself to achieve the life you want!

Managing Emotions!
​DBT Skills Group

Learn new ways to challenge daily frustrations & manage difficult emotions to get along better with others and live a rewarding life! This Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group is for people struggling to regulate their emotions, maintain
healthy relationships, manage anxiety, and cope effectively in social environments. Specific DBT skills will be taught and practiced in the group. Group runs for 8 weeks and 
RSVP is required.

Healing With-in 
Breath Work Circle

This group introduces a meditation using an intentional breathing technique called Pranayama to help you release stuck emotions, past traumas, and invites our highest selves into each one of us in a safe and ​warm environment. Healing happens naturally and is very gentle yet powerful way to reclaim your body!
