EMDR provides quick and long-lasting change in our feelings, thinking, and behaviors. Many times people run away from the past in hopes to forget or just “get over it” but eventually what we run from will show up in other ways. Often times it shows up as our past running the show of our present life, whether we are aware of it or not.
