GROUPS Group work allows several people to work on their own individual issues while practicing communication and collaboration within a collaborative setting. Groups can create an environment in which our issues that we struggle with, surface in a place where we have the support to work through them. It also can offer enough support for some people or be an addition to individual therapy. DBT Skills Group I offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills groups for people struggling to regulate their emotions, maintain healthy relationships, manage anxiety symptoms, and cope effectively in social environments.
Healing Within Breath Work Meditation Circle My Breath Work groups are not traditional therapy but an active meditation using a pranayama technique to move stuck energy in your body. This somatic release deeply cleanses yourself of the energetic "junk" that is old, not yours, and no longer serves you. Through the breath, you can move beyond any limiting beliefs, release repressed emotions or traumas, and leave feeling lighter, connected, and more open-hearted with increased life-force energy!
